Update
They never called me back like they said they would. Called today. Spent nearly an hour on hold. After an hour, the nice Indian gentlemen told me everything was resolved and credited my new Sirius account eighty two dollars. Sucks to be Randy Smalls. They’re actually going to charge him for the four months I just paid for. (If I were them, I would just eat the eighty dollars, but I’m not a nearly bankrupt space company.)
